You settle in. The room gets quiet. As the sound begins, you may notice your breathing change, tension release, or your mind become quieter.
And sometimes it is more specific than that. People sometimes notice changes or sensations in particular areas of the body. Emotion can surface. Something becomes clear. You may feel grounded, energized, deeply rested, or simply different from when you walked in.
There is no single way this is supposed to feel. What you notice is your own.

MEET Alissa HAGGSTROM
Alissa Haggstrom is a sound medicine practitioner and ceremonial composer whose relationship with this work began through her own healing journey more than eleven years ago. What started as a personal search for understanding gradually became a much deeper study of sound, the human system, and the ways we respond to the world around us.
Over the years, that curiosity became a practice. Alissa continued to study, listen, experiment, and refine what she was learning, eventually developing Aquarian Sound Medicine and the Star Harmony Sound Medicine Ceremony.
Today, her work brings together more than a decade of lived experience with 530+ hours of formal training and certification. At the center of it is the same curiosity that started everything: listening closely to the body and creating sound with intention.
